Improved Ergonomics
Kindle is as easy to hold and use as a book. We designed it with long-form reading in mind. When reading for long periods of time, people naturally shift positions and often like to read with one hand. Kindle's page-turning buttons are located on both sides, allowing you to read and turn pages comfortably with one hand from any position. The page-turn buttons now flex inward to prevent any accidental page turns when picking up or handling Kindle.
New 5-way Controller
Kindle has a new easy-to-use 5-way controller, enabling precise on-screen navigation for selecting text to highlight or looking up words.
Simple to Use, No Computer Required
Kindle is completely wireless and ready to use right out of the box--no setup, no cables, no computer required.
Even Longer Battery Life
25% Longer Battery Life--Read for Days Without Recharging
With Kindle's 25% longer battery life, you can read on a single charge for up to 4 days with wireless on. Turn wireless off and read for up to 2 weeks. Battery life will vary based on wireless usage, such as shopping the Kindle Store and downloading content. In low coverage areas or in 1xRTT only coverage, wireless usage will consume battery power more quickly.
Charge via USB
Kindle supports wall charging via the included Kindle power adapter, and charging from your computer via the included USB 2.0 cable. Kindle fully charges in approximately 4 hours.
Wireless Access with Whispernet
Fast 3G Network--Get Books in Under 60 Seconds
Whispernet utilizes Amazon's optimized technology plus Sprint's national high-speed (3G) data network to enable you to wirelessly search, discover, and download content on the go. Your books and periodicals are delivered via Whispernet in less than 60 seconds. And unlike WiFi, you never have to hunt for a hotspot.

BEYOND FRIENDS!!
The Lakers’ have recently signed Ron Artest and rid themselves of Trevor
Ariza. (Which, I think, was the best trade of a life time. If Ron Artest and Kobe get along the Lakers’ will be unstoppable with both defense and offense. The Lakers’ are getting closer and closer to ring five. Ron Artest being on the team will release a little slack from Kobe; He will not have to worry about missing a shot ‘cause ron artest will get the rebound. Ron Artest says there is no beef between Kobe and himself, just good competition. I believe that Ron Artest will bring heart and soul to the team. In addition, he will make the team a little tougher. Kobe and Ron are the new Jordan and Pippen. I cannot wait until the new season starts. Let’s go Lakers!!!

THE FUNERAL OF A LIFE TIME
Usher’s performance at mj's funeral was the best. He cried and sung his heart out, I got a little watery. When he came down, looked at the casket, and sung, it was amazing. I think mj had the best funeral ever. If you missed the funeral, you missed something greatest moment in history. Jennifer Hudson performance was so beautiful; she came out with a white dress and she look like an angel. Honestly, her being pregnant did not affect her singing. Other people at funeral include Kobe Bryant, magic Johnson, Brooke shields, Al Sharpton and many more. It was really a star-studded event.
Hey, have you heard? Google is going to create an operating system! Sure, at first it’s only going to be for netbooks, but hey, finally someone is going to take on Microsoft. I'm tired of their Operating systems; they are slow and clunky. I mean, they have more problems than big sisters and little brothers or than politicians have with each other. Maybe with some competition Microsoft will clean up its act, create a better OS, and not just improve on the same frame they have been for years.oing to create an operating system!

The Death of a moral ethic
There's a declining moral ethic that is infecting millions of people, that is that work is the most important thing and that possessions are paramount. Which are, as a matter-a-fact, some of the least important things. Sure, they are nice, but at what point does it turn from owning material things to being possessed by your possessions? When has you toaster ever thanked you for taking it to the ballgame? (and by the way if you are taking appliances to sporting events, please seek professional help now) The most important things are those which cannot be bought and sold. (at least in this country, legally) Your kids, your spouse, your freedom. Don’t become a voluntary slave to the mechanisms of modern life.
